About Elizabeth Murphy

Elizabeth is a licensed occupational therapist who provides craniosacral therapy as well as reiki. She received her Reiki Master level certification studying with Libby Barnett in NH in 2019. She began training through the Upledger Institute in 2021, completing Craniosacral 1 and 2 as well as Somatomemotional Release. She has practiced as an occupational therapist in acute care hospitals and trauma centers, rehab facilities, nursing home facilities, and outpatient clinics. 

 Elizabeth began exploring more holistic approaches as the result of injuries sustained as a competitive athlete in cycling and luge. Elizabeth is passionate about treating the whole person with a focus on the intertwined nature of physical and emotional health and wellness. Her training and experience has deepened her understanding and appreciation of how energetic imbalance contributes to illness and she enjoys working with clients to help improve their overall well being.
